The NEA-GLBTC leadership is structured with female and male co-chairpersons, secretary, and treasurer. Additional leadership include regional directors based on geographic/political regions of the NEA, communications director, membership director, outreach director, web director, and director(s) for our annual gala banquet. Officers: The NEA-GLBTC, in order to eliminate institutional discrimination and homophobia, monitors and participates in the development of NEA policies and activities, provides resources and fosters better communication among educators, students, and communities.
